Staff was amazing, room and hotel was clean. Only issue we experienced was the indoor pool was down so our children was a little disappointed. Other then that, we had a good experience.

Everything was great, I have no complaints about the facility or the staff. The room was great and the check-in and check-out were easy. However, a previous guest left a used famine pad in the bag that holds the hair dryer. When my wife opened the bag to use the hair dryer, the smell was terrible. Had she turned on the dryer, the entire hotel would have smelled like fried catfish. The staff was horrified and apologetic when we reported the issue. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and had a variety of things to choose from. The bed was really comfortable and all the pillows were nice. I was most impressed by how clean literally everything was. Cleanliness in hotels is the thing I’m always the most critical of and these guys were top notch. For the price this place was somewhat unbelievable and we intend to stay here again.

We stayed in a queen size bed room of this Microtel (no sofa/ couch) which was smaller than what we have experienced before but served the purpose of having a place to sleep. There was a fairly heavy perfume scent upon entering the room but that soon was not noticeable and it did not aggravate my asthma. The freezer needed defrosting. I always heard not such good things about motels. I took a chance and stayed here. I was very very impressed. The room was clean, pretty, and very modern. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. And it was cheap! I will be choosing to stay here everytime I have the option to.

Front desk was great.

I stay here about once a year when visiting family in the area, it has been about 6 times now and except for one horrific experience (with an inept desk clerk) last here I have been well pleased.

Was in town for an event. Myself and 16 of my team members were pleased with the accommodations. Also Pam and the evening front desk clerk were awesome!

Parking is tight.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We did not get a true suite, but it was roomy enough and the curtain between the couch and beds helped the kids get to sleep while I stayed up a little longer. My kids were also thrilled with the pool. The hotel provided an awesome breakfast with plenty of options, including waffles, oatmeal, and warm breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Brewery, restaurant and bar was just awesome. If your looking for something different, stay here. The attention put into the furnishing is really cool. And, who doesnt need a shower beer fridge? Overall a really cool place to be.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Location of the hotel is great, near highway and lots of nearby eating establishments. I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good.
