"This is an outstanding property and the pictures are 100% accurate. The pool is amazing and easy to operate. The outdoor bar area has an outstanding natural gas BBQ and mini fridge for food or drinks by the pool. The kitchen and the appliances are all high end. The outdoors furniture was all very comfortable and you can tell good quality items were purchased. Unknown to us prior to arrival, shampoo, body wash and conditioner was available in each bathroom. They were name brand (dove, Pantene, etc) The few minor issues, most of the windows are solid and don't open. This means the beautiful breeze doesn't really make it into the house. The rooms could really benefit from ceiling fans to move air. The AC air flow varied by room. Some of the rooms did not have light switches when you entered, you needed to go to a lamp inside the room to get light. This was only an issue for the little kids. An FYI, the game area in the garage is not attached to the house. It is a stand alone building about 50 ft from the front door. This was a small inconvenience with the little kids because someone had to be with them out there. The house and garage are roughly 300 ft from the road so there is no concern with little one wandering into the street. The street is also a very quiet cul-de-sac. We would 100% book this house again for a family trip but I could also see booking it for an adult getaway."

"It was easy to find, and wonderful to stay. Couple things, the outlets in the primary bedroom bathroom blew the first day we were there so we couldn’t use them for hair tools. No screens on the windows in the primary either. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend to larger groups! - Also the bedroom downstairs was advertised as a full bed and trundle and it was only a twin bed and trundle. Just a heads up!"

"We were a single family and enjoyed the house thoroughly. We like the location - easy to get to San Diego, La Jolla, Legoland, etc. The garage full of games was great fun for my little kids and the outdoor area was lovely. Very easy communication with the property manager/owner. The surrounding area itself didn't seem walkable to us as cars go quite fast on the neighborhood roads. We would stay again!"

"This home will be hard to top. Words cannot be used to express how perfect it worked for our family. It was so close to everything, however it felt like we were hours from everything. The room set up was great for our family in the main house and grandparents in the guest house to have a break. Our kids loved the steps to the pool, they learned the life lesson of them getting hot! The fruit trees are amazing. The place was so clean! The parking is tight, driveway is very steep! You can fit 4 cars with good drivers, 4 SUVs probably not. We will be going back forsure."
