"The valet guy made our stay super special, he is the face of The Grand, The room needs some updating bathroom door was water damage, wear and tear in the room just needs a good refresh. Also we had four in the room and had to constantly request more bath towels as was only we’re left with two towels until the end of the stay. Toilet paper was another issue was never left enough. But when we rang it was brought up within like 10mins. Only two jets working in the spa and the spa was very cloudy. Overall was a great stay and would stay again the reason for the 5 Stars was the valet guy. If it’s wasn’t for him I think I would give it 2 stars. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Hassle free. Everybody was friendly & co operative. Room had everything we needed ie:washing machine/drier,oven/cooktop. Under ground secure carparking..you are in orewa hub so very convenient..restaurants, cafes & supermarkets at door step. Beautiful views"
