"Beautiful elliptical shaped luxury hi rise in Sky City where we could walk in comfort indoors to Weka Workshop and countless restaurants without going outside in the pouring rain. When the rain stopped we walk outside to everything else. My only complaint is the breakfast was buffet only so we went to a nearby hotel for a la carte. Otherwise great hotel!"

"Only downside was the parking arrangements, that it’s a wee distance away from actual hotel, oh and that I was charged for the parking but my booking said it was free, no refund offered, otherwise excellent in every other way"

"Our stay was a quick transit from Australia to the US. We arrived very late, but the staff were very accommodating and offered a late checkout, as well as holding our bags for a while after we checked out. Very convenient location with regards to food and drink options, and access to the Auckland CBD. Definitely one to keep on the radar for future visits."

"Location was excellent and there is a very good Italian restaurant on the ground floor which has superb food. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. They make every attempt to get you registered and to your room as quickly as possible. They even had a second member of staff to monitor the queue in case you just had a quick question. The best was the laundry facility After a week in Fiji we were so pleased to be able to do our washing! Would definitley recommend this hotel. Ask for a room overlooking the Skytower."
