"Good value at this apartment. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, property manager John (who lives onsite) is very welcoming. No communication from owner until less than 48 hours before our trip, so we were briefly nervous. Note this unit faces the rear; nice sky view and an easy stroll thru the property to the water across the street, but no water views from the apartment."

"Perfect spot to stay especially if doing the rental car thing. The pool is dope and has food/drink service, and then you have an array of incredible beaches you can drive to in less than 10 minutes. Tons of places you can walk to from this place as well since you're downtown. Loved the marina and seeing the cruise ships come and go, definitely a nice touch!"

"Stayed for 1 month in this condo and I must say it was excellent . Victor the property manager was great to deal with , answered my questions promptly. There were a few very minor things but too minor to mention. Grounds were well kept and clean . Very close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend. "
