Never a problem to get a palapa or a table at any of the restaurants (all of which were spectacular- we did not choose the all-inclusive option, but did dine in several times). "The staff is very friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast is included. Eagle Beach was right across the street from property with lounge chairs and straw covered huts for shade. The negatives are that the place does not have an elevator and the pool was a major disappointment. Guests must use spiral staircases to get to the 2nd floor. A bit tricky to do carrying luggage. The swimming pool is the size of a large wading pool with the depth only 2 feet deep so actually is a wading pool....
