"Property was clean and beautiful. Food was beyond expectations and the drink were amazing. We did the e-bike tour and it was so fun. Calvin, Donny and Nicki was our tour guide they were amazing and made the experience so much better. Thank you for the fun tours Also, Patricia the sales associate in the jewelry shop in the Tamarin side was extremely nice and professional. She helped me pick out some beautiful pieces and her energy was so positive. Thank you Patricia! Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. 2 thumbs up! "

Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement"

"The entire property was spectacular, very clean and the rooms was very big with full kitchen and nice furniture I didnt like that kids was allowed around the adult pool i feel like all kids shouldn't been allowed near or around the adult side of the pool and bar area Other than that the resort was excellent "

"Great property great location . Very clean grounds and very nice rooms. All the workers are pleasant and strive to make your stay relaxing. Had my doubts about the pool and beach chair reviews I read before coming but you can reserve complimentary chairs and umbrellas . There are a few and I mean a couple of palapas that are free but for the most part palapas are $60 a day to rent. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt resort"
