Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This pristine top floor unit located on the 9th floor has a breath taking direct view of the gulf, beach and one of the gulf front pools. It has been updated with new A/C, front loading washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, water heater, tub with decorator tile surround, plank ceramic tile flooring, ceramic backsplash, ceiling fans, new paint & crown molding throughout.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen TV's, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the hall. The elevator is near this unit and the door has a keypad lock which requires no key. A lock box with a key is mounted beside the door if a key is needed. Parking permit is purchased upon arrival at the guard shack or managers office.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

Pleasant unit without any problems or complaints. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Usually when we rent there are a few basics like salt and pepper, coffee filters, foil and plastic wrap (there were none). This causes extra grocery cost.

Everything was simple and and well organized. Our condo was amazingly clean and newly renovated. The location was close to elevator and convenient to pool and beach access. Our only complaint was that the advertised ice machine was broken but we made do. Overall this was an awesome vacation and will definitely be back to stay in the same condo. Thank you!

Beautiful beach front condo. Nice that sun is not direct on balcony after noon. Bring Kleenex and a beach towel. Condo is well appointed. Appreciated the luggage rack. Nice leather recliner for night time relaxing. Only issue is a temperamental lock and dark entrance. Keep trying the code and door eventually opens. Seemed to improve as time went by. Very clean!!

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was great. The elevator Near our room kept going out which was hard since condo on 9th floor. 3rd night at 10:30 pm the fire alarm right outside our room went off. It took 45 minutes for fire department to respond. Then again at 6:00 am the next morning they went off again. Very Annoying.

The condo was on the small side. It was manageable for 2 but for any more it would have been a tight squeeze. Pictures made it look bigger. The condo had a mildew smell to it once you walked in. Construction was ongoing our whole stay, they were very polite and never seemed to be in the way of anything. Overall, the stay was good! The beach was right on site and just an elevator ride down.

We were very pleased overall with the condo. It was on the top floor. The major downfall was that it was directly over the pool area. This is the first time we’ve gone to the beach during school break and it was loud. Like crazy loud until 10:15pm. We didn’t get to enjoy the balcony until after that time. I’m sure it’s just because school is out. As loud as it was, you’d definitely want to be on the 9th floor. So that’s a plus. The owner was quick to respond to us and answered our questions. I’d definitely stay here again. Just when the kids are in school lol

The unit is quaint. Works good for just two people. The view was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils & items to cook with. The bedroom is rather small & the queen sized bed takes up all most all of it, leaving little room to maneuver around. We did find the bed to be very hard. I know this varies with everyone’s own taste. We found the unit to be rather dirty. The bathroom floor had hair all over it that was not ours. The surfaces were pretty dusty, not appearing to have been just cleaned. The washer has so much mold on the rubber ring that your clothes smell like mildew after washing. There is a loud noise that comes from near the washer, even when it’s not in use. It was too chilly for use to use the pool, but many other guests seemed to enjoy it.
