"1- cleaning room but the towels stained although they change the towels every day 2- staff are friendly but they don't fill the soup dispenser 3- the breakfast is not good no variety the same scrambled egg and waffles only every day no change 4- they are very friendly but they saw that I had a lot of heavy bags eventhough they put me on the second far away from the reception with no elevators"

"The hotel has a nice restaurant next to the lobby. The burger was delicious. One night, when the restaurant was closed, a very friendly young man at the front desk recommended that I go to National Club. It was a great find. It's a Mexican restaurant with a twist. Have the ceviche mixto. The helpfulness of the hotel employee and his manner of conveying the suggestion made my stay smoother."
