"The condo type suites , with beach directly across the street with walk path, bench to sit, peaceful. The Recsptionist , Shawn was amazing, accomadating, resourceful. The Owner is delightful, rooms are very clean, with the most comfy beds ive slept in from a hotel standpoint. Great food , views of ocean boats all in walking distance from the Inn on Onsett. Wonderful!"

"Everything was perfect"

"This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if they have trouble ambulating. The bedroom off the entrance to the right had a TV on the dresser as described. However, there was not a plug-in where the TV could stay where it was and be watched. There was a plug behind the smaller drawers to the left. The mattress in this same bedroom was very hard and not comfortable at all. That being said - if you like firm mattresses then you may enjoy. Otherwise, you may wake up in pain every morning. If you stay a while, you will have to use the laundromat down the street. It is easy to find and a nice place too. Overall, this was an amazing place and I would definitely stay again if I knew the mattress was better."

"The property was clean, well maintained, and very close proximity to the Cape, Plymouth, and a short ride to Boston. Not only was the place perfect for us to stay, Carlos was an amazing host and was very flexible when we had a few unforeseen travel changes. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Worse experience ever - false advertising, no air conditioning and the host walks around at night taking pictures of guests through the window. First and last time using VRBO and definitely last time staying here. Do yourself a favor and stay away!"
