Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

The staff was wonderful. Always greeted us with a smile and so very helpful. Laundry room was a perk. Will be back to this gem."

Everything was clearly communicated during our stay and there was many extras included (Polaroid camera to take round, free tote bag, postcards/stickers…. The list goes on!). "It wasn’t the room shown in the website pictures. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and had cat scratches on the arms! The kitchen was fine. Why does the UK not provide face cloths in the bathroom??"

"The room was fine. They appeared to be updating the hallways but did not seem to make much progress while we were there. The Pret A Manger right outside was great, as well as access to transportation."
