A huge thank you to Bruna and Shaun, who were incredibly helpful and attentive across both days of our stay — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Before we even arrived, Daniel was brilliant over the phone. He handled our initial enquiry with such care and attention, answering all our questions. "Great hotel with fantastic views, friendly staff. Room was small but I loved having a bath tub. Coffee in the room was a plus. Lots of eating and drink places, snacks nearby. About 10 min walk to subway. Safe and a convenient store nearby. 5 min walk to tower hill and tower bridge and pier to catch water uber "

"Really lovely hotel in the perfect location reception staff were lovely. unfortunately the roof terrace is not great not aimed at the hotel guests an it seems to be aimed at the young and beautiful 😊 and the drinks are ridiculously expensive however there is a good pub across the road would stay there again "

"I was in a recently refurbished room and had a problem working the technologically advanced light switch, but recognise that’s my error. Taking the key out solved the issue. It was a warm night in London but the air con worked a treat. I don’t eat breakfast but the cafe area was teeming with patrons and the coffee smelt really good !"
