The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price. "The owner was not there when we arrived. The phone number directed us to a German answering machine, playing horrible music. We finally got a message with information about parking location and room number after waiting for over an hour. When we finally got to the room, it smelled of sewage. It had not been cleaned and there were both live and dead bugs everywhere. The air conditioner was OK."

"Lovely, friendly hotel on the edge of Omis. The hotel is built into the cliffs so is above the river with amazing views, especially from the restaurant balcony.
The room was compact but had everything we needed including air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem getting an extra pillow each for our preference.
Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was kept topped up and fresh"
"We were there in May 2025. Very neat place. Nice staff. Although the food was nice, The restaurant’s menu could offer a wider variety of food. Free parking. Only negative point is that you can’t go anywhere without a car. Overall, amazing view over the Brac Island and calm place."

"Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental. Friendly neighbours and the host checked up to make sure we were OK. Washing facilities and 2 bathrooms. The sofa becomes a sofa bed which is a big double so 2 people can sleep on it. Very nice and peaceful and great view of the mountains. A short drive (literally 10 mins) from rafting, zip lining and then the town of Omiš which has a lovely stoney beach and town which great restaurants. Would absolutely stay again thank you! "
"Excellent communication, loved having keypad access. Great location, right downtown. Can get loud, but when it did we closed the windows. Be ready for bells, but that is just being is Omis. Parking was 5 mins away and great. No other option even at another location. Parking on streets is just so limited. Large apartment #2. Double bathroom was also a huge perk. The best coffee is just at the end of the street. Thank you ivana, really was a nice relaxing stay."
