"Lovely, friendly hotel on the edge of Omis. The hotel is built into the cliffs so is above the river with amazing views, especially from the restaurant balcony. The room was compact but had everything we needed including air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem getting an extra pillow each for our preference. Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was kept topped up and fresh"

"Excellent communication, loved having keypad access. Great location, right downtown. Can get loud, but when it did we closed the windows. Be ready for bells, but that is just being is Omis. Parking was 5 mins away and great. No other option even at another location. Parking on streets is just so limited. Large apartment #2. Double bathroom was also a huge perk. The best coffee is just at the end of the street. Thank you ivana, really was a nice relaxing stay."

"First time in Croatia and it has been a fabulous experience. The villa sits high on the hill over-looking Omis, the harbour, the sea and across to the island of Brac. We arrived a little earlier than the 4pm check-in as our host, Dino, was in contact during the day via WhatsApp and let us know exactly when the villa was ready. We found the villa in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The photos on the site are impressive, but dont really do the house or the view justice. The outdoor kitchen is exactly that - a fully appointed and equipped kitchen on the terrace by the pool. The terrace is large, with plenty of comfortable furniture. The games room is another highlight. (Just bring some PS4 games with you if you want to use the playstation!). Walking into Omis is a bit of a slog up and down a long, steep hill. So you absolutely need a car although Dino did provide a taxi number. Plenty to do in Omis and recommend a boat trip (just bring plenty of cash to pay for activities, although cards accepted everywhere else). In summary, cant recommend Croatia, its people, Villa Belvedere and its host highly enough. 5 Stars."

"The villa is as stunning as the photos. It was spotless upon arrival. Set in idyllic surroundings. You have the luxury of a pool with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and Brac Island. You are a minutes walk to the beach where the waters are crystal clear. My family enjoyed snorkelling and diving in the sea. This little strip of beach is also enjoyed by the locals (but only a handful) as they keep their little boats there. It is just beautiful. We had no need to hire a car as the mini market and the Old Town of Omis (which is so pretty and full of history) are all within walking distance. It is about a 30 minute walk into the Old Town but a pretty walk along the beach path. There is a huge variety of restaurants in the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. There are also beach cafe bars and a few other restaurants between the villa and the Old Town so you don’t need to walk into the Old Town every night. The villa has an excellent BBQ area and the view from the outdoor eating area is lovely looking out to sea. The hosts were perfect and any questions were answered within minutes. It is one of the best holidays we have ever been on. The boys all went rafting which they said was one of the best experiences ever. Our host arranged all that for us and even sorted out the boys being collected from the villa by the rafting company and dropping them back. We would not hesitate in visiting again. 100% recommend."
