"Beautiful house and location, quiet and relaxing. Clean house, on multiple levels. Great location for visiting Split and Dubrovnik. With a great town Omis just around the corner. Intermediate walks near by. Down hill walk (30 min) to the beach. I would definitely go back!"

"Very clean and modern. Restaurant only offers a buffet dinner with a good selection but not great if you only want a light meal. Again the staff were very accomadating with a compromise somewhere in between "

"Place was immaculately clean, well equipped with toilet roll and basic kitchen supplies. Hosts relatives live near the house so when it rained they removed the wet doormat and looked after the place. Beautiful location, roads took a bit of getting used to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week in the second week of September! The property is just as nice as the photos and the view is even better! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. You will need a car to get around as nothing is walkable from the property, we sadly missed the restaurant being open! But I imagine that is very handy so you don’t need to drive out for dinner. I would really recommend!!"

"This villa was incredible. Vera was super nice and very helpful. She met with us when she checked us in and gave us a TON of useful information. Everything about the home was clean and there were plenty of dishes/pots, etc. The photos of the home are beautiful but they simply don't do justice to how fantastic it is. There are tons of flowers and vegetable plants and there is even a fig tree on the property. The pool was great as well as immaculate. After a day of driving round up and down the coast it was great to come back to this vacation home and make dinner (or grill - they have a GREAT grill). Frankly some of the time we were in Croatia we just hung out at the villa because it was so comfortable and fun. If I go back to Croatia and I am anywhere near that area I will for sure book Vera's place again. One last thing - you are not going to BELIEVE the beautiful views both above and below the villa. Thanks Vera!!"

"We couldn't have been happier with our experience at this property (apart from wanting to stay much longer). It's a small but very well-laid-out historic stone cottage with a variety of outdoor spaces and fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea. On the ground floor there's a covered loggia shaded by an ancient fig tree and grape vines, perfect as a place to sit outside in the hot afternoons. We had breakfast every morning on the upper balcony overlooking the sea, and in back there's a covered area with a grill for outdoor cooking. The inside kitchen is small but fine for basic cooking, and the upstairs bedroom was comfortable with a large bed for two plus an extra twin for a child. There are two full bathrooms and a washing machine. Host Ana met us at the house and showed us around (despite our late arrival), then sent us many recommendations for restaurants and activities. She is an excellent host. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay if you want access to the activities in Omis but want to sleep in a much quieter, more spacious place. There's even a great restaurant in walking distance. Two things to be aware of: The village is up a steep mountain road with a lot of tight switchbacks, so you need to be a confident driver with a decent car. There were also a lot of bees around (not at all aggressive, but might be a concern for people who are afraid of them) and mosquitos, so do bring bug spray (which Ana also provides). Overall, it was a real delight!"

"The apartment is located a short drive from Omis in a quiet village, it was perfect to have peace and quiet during our stay. We couldn't not relax in such a lovely location. Our favourite part is the outside area including the pool, which has everything you need. Our two boys loved the pool. Ivana was a great help throughout our stay and had access to book local activities such as rafting or zip lining. There's so much to do and we managed to hire a car to visit the Krka National Park - which was unbelievable. Maka Luka is an amazing local beach and can be recommended. We couldn't recommend the place and region enough and will definitely be back."
