"The hotel staff and people were spectacular! Breakfast was traditional Japanese style food, which may or may not suit westerners. Hotel is a bit dated and it shows. Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. There’s also not a lot to do, activity wise around this hotel. I would highly recommend renting a car (prior to arriving at Keisui) or else you may...

"温泉郷という事もあり、大浴場や露天風呂はとてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。何よりも食事の時のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。アジアの他国出身のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても印象が良かったです。ただ今の時代のこともあり、Wi－Fiが部屋では全く繋がらなく、1階ロビーでもとても遅かった点が残念でした。"
