Really enjoyed the stay. It was comfy and the included breakfast was tasty, changing the main items every morning. All my needs were met and easy to access. Made it easy for us to do day trip to Kamikochi.

Great central location in Matsumoto! Staff was wonderful despite language barriers. If booking economy, the room had no window view of anything but the service stairwell, and the elevator hum was noticeable 24/7.

Excellent hotel on a budget. Room is clean and size is just nice for Japan standard. Check in and check out were very fast with machine. Breakfast was mainly Japanese food. Toiletries and tea powder were placed in the lobby for self service. Good Japanese system but must get used to it. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.
