"What a great house, location was perfect, the terrace was a plus. Steps away from the best coffee place in the palace. We wish we had more time in Split and look forward to coming back. Baldo was wonderful, our driver from the ferry was late so Baldo came and helped us with our luggage and we had multiple family members check in at different times and he was super responsive with all of us. A plus host. House was high end and top notch from amenities and decorations."

This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom. I was just glad to have a room to get some sleep. The following day, I spent time in a different place. This time the room was more spacious and there was a fridge and cooker there. I...

"Dont be concerned when you enter the building. They have their own are in the building which is very good. Person who manages is exceptionally attentive and responsive. "

"Great location but remember - it is an historic building with no elevators. Sometimes we found door to property at street level was unlocked as well as the door to the apartments on 3rd floor. Lots of revelry and noise on street and city square by young people until early morning hours on a Friday night. Closed window and a/c helped but sleeping was disturbed. "

"Be prepared for stairs (3 flights). If cne you’re over that it’s a wonderful guest room ( they have 3 rooms). Malena and her husband were super hospitable - Malena offering to let me go to the roof and drink her homemade lemonade. Her husband graciously assisted carrying my medium sized luggage at check in and check out (7am check out even). Location is recessed but no worries once you get to your rooom. "

"Great hotel with very helpful staff. I would give 5 stars except the housekeeper forgot to place new toilet paper and body wash. I had to wash my body with shampoo 1 day. Also their spa was not yet open. They sent us to the spa in their sister hotel which was more like apartment in not great neighborhood away from the city center. When I arrived, no one was at the spa reception. Otherwise excellent "
