"Excellent"

"5 Star Hotel in the heart of Split Old Town. The staff's hospitality is above the top - we were complimentarily upgraded to a Junior Suite at check-in for more space with our 1 year old daughter. We were even given a bottle of local wine in the room. The rooftop infinity pool has incredible views of the city and the rooftop bar had great drinks/apps. The gym is solid and the spa with steam room and sauna was nice. Overall, we highly recommend and would stay here again next time in Split."

"Buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Neither was food and service in port 74 restaurant. Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. Room phone didn’t work properly and they didn’t change it even though we asked in our 5 days stay. Housekeeping was great. The Italian restaurant was superb and their service. Icecream is delicious. "What we didn't like (at 80 of age) was the room allocation, 4th. floor with split level sleeping quarters in the attic apparently reserved by the Agency (block booking) according to the management comments, no alternative rooms available as the hotel was fully booked; as such I expect recompense."

"This was a stunning hotel with great facilities. They lack sun beds for the number of guests. Beautiful room and a lovely area in Solin. Good to get to Split airport for return flight. Luxury - welcome drink appreciated."

"Noisy due to construction "

"Property and staff were lovely. Location was a bit noisy due to the amount of building work taking place there and throughout Split - and extremely noisy dogs. The property is in a residential area and we did not like the breakfast options available to be bought into the hotel so we stocked up at the local supermarket about 10 minutes away where there were also some restaurants. 25 minute walk into Split "

"We had a fabulous stay at Villa 21. Robert the owner was very friendly and helped us organise a taxi from the airport. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Clean pool towels every day. A shirt stroll down to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a taxi boat to Trogir ever 30 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Robert. "

"Sehr moderne neu gebaute Wohnungen mit einer supertollen Ausstattung! Die Lage ist Top. Nur wenige Meter zum Einkaufen und zum Strand und Restaurants und trotzdem ruhig gelegen und man kann sich im Sommer von vollen Stränden an den Pool zurückziehen. Es hat auch genügend Parkplätze und die Anlage ist videoüberwacht. Es gibt auch einen Grill hinter dem Haus zum nutzen für alle Gäste. Supernette Betreuung vor Ort und die Gastfreundlichkeit 1A! Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!"
