"The first room that i was in had water leaking out of the refrigerator. I was moved to another room where the refrigerator didn't work at all. I was told that maintenance would come and fix it but no one ever came. The toilet seat was messed up as well. Other than that, nice stay."

"Always have loved staying here but it’s been years since my last stay. Have always loved it. Check in young woman was excellent. Very sweet and professional. Woman at front desk at check out seemed bothered and unfriendly. Gentleman “manager” I’m assuming who was often behind the desk in the background never stops looking at his cell phone and cutting up behind the desk while people were lined up waiting. Just found it all very unprofessional for this classy place, as he should have been...

"Great room and comfort. Would have enjoyed a breakfast snack with esrly morning coffee - before going to the restaurant for breakfast later when fully ready. Food and service good in tasting room. "

"We made reservations for a king size bed but were given 2 queen beds instead. You should honor your reservations. But aside from the reservation issue, Nice lobby, welcoming staff, nice breakfast selection, very clean."
