"The location is fantastic being on the High Street in a central location and nicely set back from the hoards of tourists. The staff are lovely and engaging. Lunch and evening meals were beautifully cooked but breakfast at £21.50 per head was not great, being over cooked and one of the most expensive I’ve had, probably ever. On the subject of price, whilst the evening meal was lovely, £40+ each for a Goan Fish Curry and a Ribeye Steak was excessive being on or above the price of a good London restaurant."

"Our second booking via Stay Cotswold, this time for a weekend getaway with Friends travelling from different parts of the UK. The property was excellent and there was more than enough space for our group of 6, and everything you could want was provided. Location is fantastic for all the various Cotswold attractions and would recommend Daylesford Organic for brunch and a mooch around the lovely country living outlet, and a trip to the Farmers Dog for Sunday lunch if you can book. Also great for visiting Stow, Moreton and Bourton. Bonus was the 30 second walk to the Golden Ball pub across the road for a sneaky pint. We also ate at the pub on Saturday evening and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend."

"Perfect location and great amenities!Check-in can be improved: Instructions were sent through multiple emails from third parties and not included on vrbro until requested.Required to pay additional fees & ID verification through Truvy which was not stated until after we paid/reserved. Toilet dirty upon arival, cobwebs in bathroom and several dirty dishes we cleaned before using. The home is dusty. I'm a tall guy which gives me a vantage point of view tops of shelves and cabinets.This is an owner occupied rental and owner has a dog that she allows on the couch(pic of dog on couch on refrigerator). My wife, son and I all had allergic reactions including itching skin, sore throat and nasal condition. These symptoms subsided after leaving for the day and intensified when we returned for the night. If you have allergies I'd recommend avoiding this rental."
