"Overall it was good. Easy parking, friendly staff, decent breakfast. The only thing was the room. Wasn't cleaned properly, we found some dirt next to the beds and in the bathroom I saw hair on the floor. Also the pool needs to be cleaned daily."

"Nice layout as far as bedrooms. Nice suite type setup on the top level. Bottom level was really fun with the bar, tv, pool table and classic video games. "

"We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. The game room was very nice, the kids loved it. We liked the kitchen amenities. We had plenty of cooking, eating, and drinking items. There are a few upgrades you may want to consider.There were no dressers in the bedrooms, which meant we had to live out of our suitcase. There were no tvs in the bedrooms. There were no extra blankets for the beds. The main floor bathroom has mold around the shower light. It looks like there may be a slight water leak from the upstairs bathroom. Minor points to be sure, but details that could improve customer satisfaction."
