"Truly the perfect hotel for my needs--half business, half vacation. Staff were impeccable--friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Breakfast was a highlight--fruit was fresh and plentiful, same for the eggs and standard breakfast items, even the potatoes were perfectly fried every morning. Perhaps the best hotel I've stayed at in over a decade of monthly travels."

"Good location for exploring Auckland. Close to many landmarks, the ferry docks and multiple restaurants. While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. Employees at the front desk provided items such as toilet paper and instant coffee that housekeeping forgot to provide with no questions asked. While there were a few hiccups, I would stay at this hotel again as it was a good deal for the location."
