"The staff was very friendly. We had reserved a room with 3 double beds and got a double and a twin. The TV was on the room as a decorative piece only as ıt never worked. The breakfast buffet advertised and ın the hotel ads was non existent. We had to ask for cleaning service, changes of bedding, amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, as they were never refilled. It was close to the sites we were wanted to visit. "

"Every thing was good . But check out time was a bit difficult as it is 10 o clock. We checked in very late and no compromise has been given to us as they wanted to clean. They kept calling for vacating the room. I understand the check in rules but I had a baby and elder mother. I was literally grabbing tiny things to the living room and was grooming myself in the lobby. Flexibility required for check out time or late check out fees option should be there. "
