"Doesn’t like much outside but you step inside to the most beautiful lobby and helpful staff. A porter to help with luggage. Connecting Family Rooms - great. Bathroom sink a little small but sufficient. Room size was ok. Restaurant food and views amazing!!! On top of a hill. Kinda hard to get too even by car. Most major attractions are walking distance about 10 minutes. Pool - sucks - too deep for non-swimmers. There’s no shallow to deep end. It’s all one level and you need a swimming cap to use pool. The Spa area is nice and clean and quiet."

"We stayed for 10 days. Even though the hotel is in the old historical district, it is a recent building, well maintained. Staff was eager to help with anything; we arrived at 2am but the night clerk was ready to welcome us. Their breakfast is not included in the room fee but worth it. Lots to choose from for 8 euros, which compares favourably to any nearby restaurant. Bathroom is small but with marble floor and walls, everything works well. Note: The mini fridge works best when the cupboard door that encloses it is left open."

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh local and international options each morning. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish.
