"All was good except the bed. (Personal preference) was too soft. Didn’t sleep well. Prefer harder bed."

"The room and all facilities were super clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly."

"The Tesla charger points they have are paid normally at even at the motal is free for customers The door is locked because of damage the one u can use to go to the store entrance side you need to go around the hotel to get everything you needed from the store next from the hotel"

"Room is large a lot of space"

"Great hotel in kelowna."

"It was a pretty basic room for a premium price. My wife got cold during the night and I couldn't find any extra blankets. The hotel was full and one of the two small elevators wasn't working so there were long waits with our luggage. The shuttle to the airport was efficient, and the meal we had in the restaurant was quick, piping hot, tasty, and reasonably prices."

"Amazing staff, nice room and view from the rooftop hot tub was amazing."

"Great value! Large, clean well equipped room. Good breakfast and the pool and hot tub were both better than expected. Will definitely stay there again."
