"For the price this hotel provided great value. Full bottles of soap and shampoo which is nice to use and environmentally responsible. Great kitchen with a real fridge and stove. Our room was close to the road which was a bit noisy. I suspect the lake view rooms are quieter. Breakfast was pretty typical (yogurt, cereal , toast) with a couple of nice touches including Starbucks coffee (fresh) and Tim Hortons muffins. Friendly staff. A short walk across the bridge to downtown. "

"Riverside motel was a great place to stay in Penticton. The room was clean and very spacious. The front desk staff is very helpful. "

"We were lost in Northern Washington, having driven to a remote border crossing that closed early and not being able to rely on our gps. We called this hotel, several hours away, and spoke with Manpreet, at the front desk. She looked up directions online and talked us through. We didnt see a soul on the road for about an hour, but she guided us to the nearest town and got us on course to Osoyoos. Then she waited up until we arrived, and introduced us to her night shift relief before taking off for home. The hotel is very well built and reminded me of places I have stayed in Germany. Solid, quality construction, modern, with stout doors and windows and good linens. We really liked it. It is under fairly new management and we could see they are sinking lots of money and effort into updating and improving the entire place. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean, easy to access. Very quiet and the gardens are beautiful. The pool is heated and big. The new restaurant has a beautiful patio and good food. Overall a great experience "
