Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect in every way. Across the street is Okanagan lake, there is a walkway and within minutes some great restaurants. We even took in a hockey game.

Place is perfect for beach.its just right across the street.Accessible for walking.Only there’s no staff when we arrive at 6pm.Office was closed and we called the bells with camera to cater us.luckily there was a guy who just came by to check something and he was able to helped us to get in into our room.Of all hotels I’ve been through this is the only one emailed me to fill up forms online for check in.unfortunately I got the email one hour before my arrival as I don’t have signal while driving going to the hotel/motel location.over all it’s okey.

We were expecting more I think when we booked our stay at Spanish Villa. First off, the office was closed (for the season?) when we arrived. There was a note taped to the office door that directed us to the office next door at The Tiki Shores Inn to check in. Fortunately, the woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We never came in contact with any staff of the Spanish Inn during our stay. Our room was on the second floor. I already knew there was no elevator, but the stair steps up to the room were cracked and buckling and in definite need of replacement. A bit of a safety issue. The room itself was clean enough but hardly fresh and inviting. It was a 2 bedroom unit although I selected this room only because it was the last one left with a lake view. The bed itself was comfortable and the shower was clean and the water was quite hot. The door lock was not too secure and the walls were quite thin. The party in the adjacent room had their tv on all night. We did enjoy the view of the lake from our balcony though. Overall, not the greatest ambiance. Would probably consider a different hotel for the next time.

Cat food remained from the last guest all over the floor and in the bedding. Usually had to ask staff twice before they would make up the room. Staff had no change or soap pods available for the laundry machines, some of which ate your money. Poorly managed property. The beds were comfortable and the AC cold, no complaints there.

The hotel on the beach, kitchen was handy. We were not happy with the toilet not flushing good. The bathroom sink continued to plug and drain very slowly. Walls were very thin, heard talking in the next room late in the night. Water temperature fluctuates while showering. Likely won’t book again.
