We both had the BEST sleep - excellent mattress, pillows, duvet and sheets. Loved that we were steps from the lake and enjoyed a beverage on our balcony, overlooking the lake. We will definitely stay again.

The room was nice and the hotel is great. Don’t bother with the breakfast add on. For the about same price you can get a much nicer breakfast a short walk down the road. Lots of nice cafes are open for breakfast and what they’re serving looks more enjoyable.

Our stay was amazing, great location, staff are very friendly and even had an upgraded room which was a pleasant surprise. Benita at the front dest was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The room was comfortable and the balcony and the view was amazing. The elevators worked quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff was very helpful. The location was wonderful because it was walkable into town .The downside is one of the queen beds was so soft that we could not sleep on it -there was obviously something wrong with the mattress. The other thing is the plug-in near the sink would not work and we tried for 3 Days to get someone up there to look at it and they finally looked at it on the third day and weren't able to fix it. I would stay there again but I would make sure the beds are okay

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Cons: a/c unit was very loud, outdated, and rattled. Didn't like being in a room with a connecting door as we could hear literally everything in the room next to us. The snoring next door kept us up all night and the gross bathroom noises were very loud in the morning.

Friendly, efficient service made our stay a lovely experience. A small issue was fixed right away, causing no interruption to our stay. Loved the beach access, and walk from hotel was midpoint to most things along the main strip. Would recommend and go back again.
