It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself.
