"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

"This new property is perfect for couple or family looking for a stay in the Miami area at a good price. The decoration is so pretty and all furnitures/accessories are really convenient. Beds are very comfortable and the place is super clean. The owner answered immediately to all my questions and requests. Much appreciated. "I stayed with Baba for medical tourism and this was a great place to stay. He was able to accommodate my need for a first floor room and honestly, staying with Baba was the best part of my trip to Miami. I cannot think of a better place to stay. It was very homey and comfortable. "

"This is a hidden gem. It’s quaint, quiet and clean. If you plan in being out all day then this is a place to stay. Very reasonably priced and close to everything. "

"Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay."
