"This is really something to be experienced. It is new (2023) and massive - hundreds and hundreds of guests. It is a spa, first and foremost. The rooms are huge, quiet, and elegant; the numerous staff are efficient and multi-lingual. Hot springs in the building, hundreds of guests strolling about in hotel yukata, views of the peaks and ocean. "Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "
