"The staffs are very friendly with the checkin and check out process. The location is very quiet and safe but it takes some transit time from the central station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and rich. One little complaint is the hot water for the shower is not very stable and it’s temperature is mostly warm but not hot enough for me. Overall the quality of the hotel is pretty good "

"We stayed Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday was really weird; empty, staff hard to find etc. The room itself is definitely 3* and no more, but the beds/linen etc are clean and good quality. It’s more of a high end conference centre than a hotel. The first breakfast was equally odd, no one from the hotel spoke to us at all! We ate in Lieden both nights, which with a hired bike was great.
