Great bargain, if you're staying 5 nights or longer in Amsterdam. Easy tram access from central station. Ample room for luggage and a decent breakfast with vegan options. We had a great time.

Staff was extremely helpful upon check-in as well as ordering us an Uber ride. Room was pretty nice, a little outdated however well maintained. Amenities were great. Wish we had time to stay and enjoy the bar. Thank you for a great experience.

Overall a great stay, would recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast with our room was a pleasant and well appreciated surprise. Access to public transportation was exceptionally easy. After a five minute walk to the tram stop, only one tram to downtown and back to the hotel on the same tram made our visit even better. A 10 minute walk to the train station allowed us to explore even more of the city and country if we wanted. My only negative mention, would be the way our room was cleaned during our visit. We opted not to have our room cleaned every day and chose to have it cleaned only once during our visit. Some things not cleaned were a garbage in the bathroom was not emptied and dirty glasses were not switched out. Other than this, again, we had a great stay.

Really nice hotel beautifully presented. Nice tidy rooms and really comfy bed. Took us around 15 mums to get here from the airport in taxi. Beautiful surroundings with water ways either side of the hotel. Seemed like a shoet stroll to the city centre

I've given them a little bit of a lower rating because I reached a little bit early. The hotel was not 100% full, but the person at the front desk was very condescending and disrespectful in how he was talking. I was trying to ask him basic questions and offer money for an upgrade or early check-in. He kept on telling me that I was basically tiring him and that he was just busy with other things that were not relevant. The manager was really good. He ended up stepping in and making it happen, but I still wanted to let you folks know about that.

Hotel is conveniently located south of the hustle and bustle of downtown but a 5 minute walk to the tram and an easy tram ride to downtown or you can head the other direction and get to Schiphol easily. Great breakfast. Great view from our room of the stadium and the canals. Enjoyed the hot tub one night. Good size room- we had a 3 person room. Only odd thing was the single bed had no reading light. I would recommend this hotel.
