"One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."

"No one present for check in - felt a bit ‘cold’ - not temperature. Just feeling. No tea & coffee making facilities apart from an extortionately priced vending machine. Also my room was room 1 which was right by the front door, so I heard EVERY guest arrriving, even at 2 & 3 am. The bedroom, shower & room generally was fantastic however so these are just niggles. "Place is great for families and I have a family of 5. 3 minute or less walk from the beach. Ocean House provides rooms that are more like small Loft apartments! We were able to cook and store all of our food. Dishes were provided in the room. The kids loved it . Would stay here again. "We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"
