"First time coming here, and I was worried whether we were going to get a parking space or not, but it was fine. At night time when we came back from a wedding dinner on the Friday and the wedding on the Saturday night it was abit limit, but there are different parking areas for the hotel so that was helpful. Check-in was easy, and you can wait at in the restaurant and get a drink from there or back at reception. The receptionist was very helpful and happy 😊. The room was perfect for what we needed which was just somewhere we need to sleep, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could have done with more tea/coffee/sugar/milks, but when we went downstairs and asked at reception they said to help ourselves from the restaurant which was great to hear that we could just help ourselves. There is a housekeeping service daily which we didn't need but good to have. The breakfast was amazing, 8 item breakfast available, with continental as well which included an alternative milk and yoghurt which is great to have. Plus the staff in there especially the gentleman serving the cooked breakfast was very kind and clearly loved his job. Very happy with our stay and should we have to visit Milton Keynes again this hotel will be on a list to come back too."

"The room its self was clean and tidy nice freshly made bed. The staff were all nice and friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was okay could have done with a bit more choice on the cooked breakfast. The only thing that was a slight downside was parking as there is no onsite car park I had to use a car park that was a slight walk away from the hotel."

"Great quiet hotel. Ample parking for everyone.Staff are really helpful and friendly. Staff attrition is low, we stay about every 6-7 weeks and it is the same people. This shows that working conditons, pay etc must be acceptable for staff to stay making it a happy place.Dog friendly rooms with lovely river walks past the rugby club down past the canal or along the river and around the wildlife reserve. Food is great, especially the amazing choice at breakfast. We stay in different grades of room depending on length of stay. The 2 bed suites are situated close to the lifts but are sound insulated to a point. Amenities include minifridge, aircon, fan heaters and cooling fans, 2 double beds and 2 bed settees. Bathroom is functional and well stocked with soaps,shampoos in pump dispensers. Local wildlife when on walks complete the atmosphere. Cannot really fault this for the realistic price per night."

"It was a good stay. The room was clean, staff were helpful and made sure my room was ready and clean. There's lots of parking but you have to pay for it. There's no air conditioner, especially during this hot season, but a fan is supplied."
