"We loved the fact that they helped with a misunderstanding of luggage delivery and it got resolved in less than 1 hour. We loved the access to the public bath and laundry, although very busy , it was a great amenity. The property is located minutes away from Azabudai Hills and it was a perfect location with a wonderful view of the Tokyo Tower. Excellent!"
