"The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center. The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. "Property was located walking distance from Downtown Mt. Dora. We stayed during that weekend's Arts & Crafts Festival along with wonderful weather. The unit is located conveniently behind the main one. It was spacious with two nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable kitchen and a screened porch with a beautiful view. Understandably and due to Hurricane Milton, the backyard was semi-wet limiting its walking area, but it maintained its beauty giving you a glimpse of what to look forward...

"My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with."
