The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
There are no large cans that get taken to the road. You simply place cinched bags by the curb the night before trash pickup which is twice a week. Trash pick up is Tuesday and Friday mornings.

The home was fantastic. Very clean, beautiful layout, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and screened in lanai area. The home was located in a perfect area in the Villages convenient to everything.
