The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. "Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at WEC. Loved how close it was to the place , we could go back and forth in between games. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very prompt from beginning to end, checking in and out was effortless. "I never received any check in procedure, the owner never answered text, email, or phone calls. I had to contact VRBO and request a refund. Then had to quickly find some where to stay. I can only assume the owner of this place is a scammer."

"The house was very nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although we encountered some small issues, they were handled promptly by the owner. We couldn't have a thsked for a more gracious host than Brad. The proximity of the house to Lake Sumner Landing was OK, making it a convenient spot for our activities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all we needed were groceries to feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property."

"I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also."

"The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"
