"Wir hatten in der Buchung darum gebeten, dass wir zwei zimmer nebeneinander bekommen, auch beim Check In haben wir dies nochmal angesprochen hier wurde nochmals zugesichert, dass dies auch angegeben wurde und passt, leider war dies aber nicht so, umbuchen ging nicht das das Hotel voll ausgelastet war, zudem waren die Betten mehr als durchgelegen, im Bad waren die Fliesen unterm Waschbecken nicht gesäubert worden und der Staub lag hier noch stark drauf, das Zimemr an sich war aber freundlich...
