"I have no clue how this place has an 8.8 rating. Definitely won’t stay here again. On arrival our beds were dirty. We had dried boogers and food crumbs in the bed. Looked like house-keeping just made the bed after another person and didn’t bother to put clean sheets. The entire hotel is noisy. People were in and out slamming the outside doors. The people next to us were up all night being loud. The upstairs person stomped around all day and night. And Breakfast??? Ha most mornings we went down...

"When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel"
