"The name Ramada by Wyndham North M1, was out of this world terrible and horrible.. The name and photos posted certainly a deception and does not reflect the standards This property is a motel truck stops for travellers travelling long distance that needed an overnight stay . The property has no air conditioning and had bugs crawling over the sheets. It was a nightmare. My 84 year old mother had to keep on her mask as she is asthmatic. We did not sleep that night and could not wait to exit the property. I originally booked for 5 nights but stayed only (1) night due to the heat in the room, the smell of tobacco/cigarettes and worse of all bugs crawling all over. ( I have the video of the bugs crawling all over the sheets) Never again."

"The hotel was ok, for the money paid you pretty much get what you paid for, the location was good, the included parking was a great bonus, and the staff were pleasant, unfortunately there was only one fan in the room and no air con, also there was a couple of stains on one of the bed covers. I’d say it’s a solid 3/5 hotel."

"The staff were very helpful when our electrical adapter broke down. They suggested a electronic shop nearby. We have been at a number of Maldron hotels but this was the only one that made fluffy scrambled eggs properly for breakfast. The room had only one chair even though we specified a room for 2 people."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing. One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. On the day I checked in, I was told the AC was not working throughout the hotel and would be fixed the following day (Saturday). When Saturday came, I was told it could not be repaired until Monday because it was the weekend. By Monday, the AC was still not working. As a result, I spent four nights sweating through uncomfortable nights in my room. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I checked out, the staff member at the front desk claimed he was unaware of any air conditioning issues at all. When I asked what could be done to compensate for the inconvenience, the answer was essentially nothing. There was no apology that matched the situation and no attempt to make things right."
