"The room was so clean, and had no signs of wear, I thought I was the first person to stay there. The front desk advised the room had seen many guests before me. The bed was sumptuously comfortable. The bedding was soft, cozy, and snowy white, every piece of it. Every member of the staff was friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Even the gentleman trimming the bushes outside was congenial. But the one that really stood out was Melissa, she made me feel at home the moment I walked in. We spoke many times in passing over 3 days. I had the need of a microwave oven, she got me one within 5 minutes of checking in."
