"Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"We got to the hotel a few minutes past check-in which was 3pm. I reserved two rooms and when we go to the rooms one of the rooms is not ready the other was being cleaned. I go back down they give me a new room. I go up and that new room is trashed and not cleaned. So we had to wait for the room to be cleaned which took about 45 minutes. Other than the very nice and accommodating receptionist the staff was rude. Then one of the bathroom LIGHTS was leaking water and the shower ceiling was caved...
