"Our TV did not wk, a work order was put in by the staff, when the head engineer came in the next morning not only did she replace our TV , she replaced it with a bigger size. She was very friendly and carried on like we have been friends.forever. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Very nice. Stay quiet clean relaxed atmosphere and you can walk down in back of the hotel to the waterfront. Very nice. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Pub food and drinks were great. We had a 10 week out baby with us and it went very smoothly. Booked to return in August!! Only issue was the last night the ac went out. They very quickly sent up the maintenance and he fixed it but it went out again late in the night. Facility was not able to credit me for my inconvenience due to booking through Expedia. "

"Christina was so personable and kind, and warm! She made sure i was taken care of! As a woman travelling alone, i would reccomend the beacon. It had a family atmosphere and its a cozy, quiet spot. It was safe, clean and lovely. I loved the decor of my room! Only possible improvement would be a microwave. The location offers a boardwalk on property tbat leads difectly to the ocean!! Its a lovely place with lovely people. And the beach is quiet and uncrowded!! Will be staying here again for my beach vacations. Loved it! Thank you so much for making my stay comfortable, kind and relaxing!!"
