"From the moment we walked into the Grand Hotel yesterday to the moment we left, everything was absolutely first class. The service was spot on, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience felt really special. We were offered the option to upgrade to a junior suite, which we took—and wow, it was out of this world. The room was stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. We’ll definitely be booking again and I’d highly recommend it...
