"The room, room 344, was cold despite playing with the room control dials. The shower room was one of those where it is supposed to disappear through a drain on the tiled floor, but the water just spread to other areas making you prone to slip and get wet feet whilst using the toilet. We could not get into Madelines bar as needed to book a table in the afternoon. Breakfast was ok. Bed was a little hard and did not like the pillows."

"Everything was fine although when the fire alarm went off at 23:00 staff didn’t seem prepared. Thankfully it was a false alarm but it didn’t instil any confidence if it wasn’t. It was very disorganised and lacked coordination "
