"Hello the room was nice however it would be nice to have slippers staff were lovely bathroom could be cleaner some towels had black marks on them "

"It was a serviceable place to stay. We booked a en-suite double, which had a very unique layout in Room 8, with the shower/sink area being an open area. Bed was extremely comfortable as a plus point. They didn't initially give us towels for the room at check in, so had to go back up get them. Walls are quite thin as we could hear people clearing talking, and later, loudly snoring in one of the dorm rooms next door. The room had basic amenities for the price. It was fine for a one night stop over for work. The reception/lounge area is quite nice and had a great aesthetic using the original brick work, so the presentation in the entrance isn't lacking."

"Breakfast was phenomenal. It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and decorated to a high modern standard. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money."

"Brilliant location. Good, but slightly tired hotel. No hot water in the morning but they did accept the issue. Staff were lovely. "
