"Rooms were very spacious and clean. Good bathroom toiletries except that on the first day one of the bathtowels wasin a slightly torn condition. The front office and restaurant staff were very hospitable and professional. The quality and variety of the buffet breakfast however can be improved."

"Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though."

"Good location, walking distance to KSL mall and good eateries around. 15 mins to Midvalley mall and JB sentral too. Buffet breakfast is average. Front desk service is good. Room is very spacious too"

"Impromptu stayover in JB after a long day of shopping, booked last minute on the very same day, a little hiccup at checkin around 6pm, couldn’t find my reservation at first so was sorta delayed, hotel is supposedly a posh highend establishment but it lacks maintenance and seems worn, pool is definitely a plus."
