I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. However, the toilet seat doesn't quite fit the ceramic base, which is the only thing that concerns me.

Very new and clean rooms.

Location is not ideal, far from food and shopping outlets; but there’s a convenience store within the compound, that opens till midnight. Rooms are very clean and in great condition. Good choice if you are looking to escape from the crowd.

KSL Hot Spring Resourt

Its best if you have your own car when staying at this hotel. There is not much amenities around the hotel. But its 5-10 mins drive to Austin area, where there are plenty of eateries. The room itself is quite ok, given its not too expensive. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, the nasi lemark is not too bad. Its a golf trip for us, out all day, so didn't really get to use the hot spring.

Clean n nice

Place a little run down on the outside but when you are inside it’s quite different. Clean but linens a little old. Due for a change. Breakfast was simple and quite good. Location is quite ok if you have a car.

Good but service can be improved

For a 3* Hotel the room was totally ok, comfortable. Very enjoyed the hot spring pool. But i missed some deck chairs to relax. And as a vegetarian my extra request for an Avocado for the breakfast was refused, this kind of service i cannot expect in a 3* Hotel. So far so good. But the breakfast, stored in chafing dish, was everything cold.

Comfortable enough stay for one night

The towels and bedsheets were not properly washed. The rooms themselves were not cleaned properly and they seemed ill-maintained. Had to request for room slippers. No bathrobes and hand towels. The breakfast of nasi lemak was yummy. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night.

Well my wife tested the water she said it was cold, so i also didn't try it was around 6 pm. Its hotspring and water not hot??????? Only 1 I was disappointed. The rest of the facilities, staffs & cleanliness were good.

Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)... Didn't try the food there. Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. I feel that the room and ambience is better than the KSL hotel attached to KSL mall. Was better than Atel**r and Tr*ve as well.
