"Very nice location and the beach is lovely and clean. The king size double room was spacious and exceptionally clean, as was the modern bathroom. The balcony has a fan and is wide and comfortable. Perfect for watching sunrises and tropical rainstorms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. In some places the facilities are a little dated and could do with a refresh. "

"The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

"Location was most convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only flaw we noticed was the way water gets trapped between the bathtub and the glass panel. There is no way to drain the water and it accumulates around the edge of the bathtub and overflows onto the bathroom flooring which makes it very slippery. The bathroom floor towel is soggy and messy and adds to the discomfort of the toilet. "

"Really nice stay. Accommodation is perhaps dated by we like it. Interesting have 1 bedroom duplex with stairs. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast was very very good. It's resort so pretty much everything is available on site. Nothing in walking distance so need grab. "
